In order to activate this warranty, please complete the following steps below:

• 1. You MUST register the warranty card provided by us at time of delivery or included with your furniture care kit. Warranty claims to Guardian will not be valid if your warranty is not registered. Please mail it in right away or register online at www.guardianproducts.net.
• 2. Please take the time to review the terms of the warranty
• 3. Please report all warranty claims to Guardian within 30 days of the accidental occurrence. Customer must be able to identify what has caused the stain or damage.
