Our furniture manufacturers provide a 1 year full parts full labor warranty for the first year of ownership. After the first year, some of the parts are covered under a limited warranty, but the labor is at a charge. Please refer to your manufacturer's warranty for the coverage guidelines.

Schultz Furniture Superstore is not authorized to make repairs to the furniture during the Limited Warranty period, but we can assist you in getting the part(s) from the manufacturer. Please call our Service Department at 814-868-7125 and choose option 2 to see if your parts are covered under warranty.

If the repair requires professional assistance, please contact one of the following outside service representatives for repairs to your furniture. Each service technician has their own policies on inspections and repair charges.
