Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed at Schultz Furniture Superstore. If you are not happy with your original stock purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will allow you to return your merchandise in its original condition. You will be provided an in store credit in the amount of your return minus a delivery fee equivalent to the cost of delivery to your area to select new merchandise of equal or greater value. If your reselected furniture is of lesser value, you will be charged an additional 20% of the difference. Mattresses are also returnable, but you must keep the mattress in your home for more than 30 days, and less than 45 days to be eligible. This applies to mattresses priced at $799 or higher which were purchasesd with a mattress protector. All returned mattresses will be subject to a $119 return fee, plus the cost of delivery to your residence, regardless of whether you paid for delivery on your initial order.

Important Note: Not valid on any Special Order merchandise, “As Is” merchandise, pillows, sheets, mattress covers, leather and wood protection kits and warranties, fabric protection, or delivery fees. A redelivery fee will be deducted for any Happiness Guarantee Return regardless of whether you were charged for delivery on your initial order.
