DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers to complete sales orders.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Assisting customers arrange delivery and pickups of their merchandise.
Qualifications:
- Problem solving: Identifies problems when they occur and is solution-oriented. Asks insightful questions in order to gather information that helps solve a problem.
- Communication: Expresses ideas clearly and concisely to our customers and others, listens carefully so that one can summarize, restate and ask informed questions.
- Analytical: Analyzes data to identify and resolve issues with little direction or guidance at times.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and comfortable with computers, as well as quick and accurate in data entry skills.
- Must be decisive and able to move with speed to implement daily assigned tasks and projects with little supervision.
- Must be willing and flexible to work weekends and nights.
- Prior Customer Service Experience will be preferred, not required.
