Is there a "Price Guarantee" at John
V. Schultz?
Yes,
we guarantee that we can beat any competitors price, and honor
that guarantee up to 30 days from the delivery of your
furniture.
Please read the full details below. This offer applies if you
provide us, at the time of order, or within 30 days of delivery,
valid proof of the competitors published advertised lower price
on identical terms of sale, including, without limitation, finance
terms, sales taxes, and freight and/or delivery fees on the same
item and satisfy the other conditions outlined below. If, despite
the submission of appropriate documentation by the customer at the
time of order, or within 30 days of delivery, John V. Schultz Co.
fails to beat the competitors price as provided above, the
customer may submit to John V. Schultz Co. store management a
written request for reconsideration at any time within six (6)
months following the date of purchase. If, following receipt of
appropriate documentation, John V. Schultz Co. does not deliver to
the customer its written decision in such regard within forty-five
(45) days following receipt of the customers written
reconsideration request, the customer shall be entitled to a 100%
refund of the original purchase price, including all taxes,
delivery and service charges, as shown on the original invoice.
You may contact our Customer Support Office if you need a copy of
your sales order invoice. Foreign competitors prices will be
converted to US dollars using the appropriate US exchange rate
established at 12:00 noon on the date of your invoice.
With our volume buying and special purchase advantages,
comparisons of some exclusive brands to John V. Schultz Co. may
not be possible. This offer does not apply to items offered by
sale by competitors who are unauthorized dealers or in respect of
competitors inventory which is not available for immediate
sale, is of limited quantity, is damaged, used or
liquidation/close-out merchandise. Sales taxes and the like will
be excluded in price comparisons.
We also guarantee, that should you find the same item at any John
V. Schultz Co. location, or, johnv.com, for less than you paid
within 30 days of delivery, we will refund you the difference.

Can I "special order" items that John V. Schultz does not
stock?
You can place a special order in our showroom, but not through
JohnV.com. Special orders require a 33% non-refundable
deposit, and will take 45-60 days to ship from the manufacturer.
If you are considering a special order, please read our Special
Order Policy:
Upon a customer's request we will create a Special Order.
This merchandise is not part of our regular lineup an therefore
certain terms apply. All Special Orders require a
non-refundable 33% deposit. If for any reason the order is
cancelled the 33% deposit is non-refundable.

Can I return my purchase if I don't like it?
Due to the
high expenses in restocking furniture, returns are permissible
only under certain circumstances.
Our return policy states that if the furniture does not fit into
your room, or if it is not delivered to your satisfaction, we
will take it back that same day. Special Order merchandise
and bedding are excluded from our return policy. All
returns after the first day of ownership require a $79
restocking fee.
